I don’t have an hourly rate. When you describe the problem, I’ll solve it for free, if I can. Lots of the calls I get are for relatively easy to answer questions, so – it doesn’t cost anything to call and ask. If you do want me to make a site visit, I’ll quote you a flat fee before we set up an appointment.
I will quote you the price for any additional service before we schedule it. If you don’t need the service, I’ll tell you. If you need a referral for a service that I don’t provide, I’ll give you the name and phone number of someone I trust. My referrals are not based on a commission, finders fee, or kick back. I recommend contractors that provide quality and capability. I work for you, and no one else. The hallmark of my consulting business has been, for over 30 years, unbiased and impartial observations and conclusions with no conflict of interest.
